Hungarian Szilvia Pinter opened the restaurant with the vision of bringing authentic Hungarian cuisine (and more) to discerning diners.
On the menu, you’ll find a variety of European and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. In line with promoting healthier eating choices, organic vegetables are used and you won’t find any traces of MSG, palm oil or margarine in their food. Everything is homemade and the kitchen staff are personally trained by Szilvia to maintain the authenticity of the dishes. Chilli Vanilla keeps it exciting by changing up their menu every now so you can be sure there’s always something new!
For starters, you can’t go wrong with the gluten-free Mediterranean Salad – a zesty combination of cucumber, tomatoes, chick peas, black olives, red onions, grilled aubergine, feta cheese and Balsamic dressing. A favourite on the menu is the Spicy Duck Tortillas, which features smoked duck breast smothered in cheese with a spicy Jalapeno zing. The Chicken Roulade deserves a special mention for its full flavor and tender chicken combined with spinach and cream cheese. If you want Hungarian cuisine, we recommend the Bakony Style Grilled Fish (they use imported Tilapia) with mushrooms and sour cream, served with spaetzle (egg and flour noodles or dumplings). Enjoy your meals with their range of refreshing beverages (try the Ice Mint Kalamansi!). Those looking for thirst-quenchers can enjoy a wide range of wines, beers and cocktails.
